Since our annual meeting, our community lot volunteers have been working hard, and the results are truly amazing! As you can see in the photos below, the lot is now absolutely beautiful. Plus, we’ve already heard from local realtors who are raving about the great value this adds to our properties.
Next steps will be to secure the community lot to ensure only our members will have access to this gem of a property.
- The old pier/dock was removed and burned by volunteer HOA lot owners
- Lot was cleared and sprayed for brush by volunteer HOA lot owners
- Boat ramp was created with all labor completed by volunteer HOA lot owners
- Excavating, driveway and road drainage completed by contractor.
- Volunteer HOA lot owners will install a new 24’ double gate at no cost to the HOA
